Yes, the minimum contract is typically just 3 months and thereafter we just ask for 1 months notice to cancel.
Why do we do this? During the development and testing of LeadMAX, it became clear that as long as the system does what it says on the tin and genuinely helps convert more leads into patients, Practices were very happy to commit to a minimum term. The feedback was that the commitment they make in setting up and training with their Teams in any CRM needed a sensible minimum timeframe to achieve a clear and measurable return on this important investment.
We provide initial training via Zoom for your Team at no additional cost. After that, there is always an option to carry out further training including on-site at the Practice if helpful. Please note further training is not usually required but if required, is normally chargeable.
For questions and queries while using the system, LeadMAX has a real-time Support Team Chat with a target response time of < 10 mins. This operates during office hours (9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday).
